1. How soon can I receive a quotation?

2.Do you accept online ordering?
Yes.You can ask for a quote online，Then confirm the price, delivery time, shipping and payment method.We accept T/T and Paypal payments as well.
3.How long is the quotation valid for?
1 month.The exchange rate and raw materials fluctuate repeatedly during the COVID-19 virus. In order to protect both sides interests, it is recommended to re-quote after one month, so buyers need to keep in touch with Teamxpack.
4.What to do when I find defective products?
Our product defect rate in 2020 and 2021 is 0%.To reassure customers，we accept the test results of 3rd party inspection. if the product reaches your destination and finds that the quality is not good, you can sent pictures and texts to us. We will formulate an improvement report with technicians immediately, and then arrange for replenishment. Certainly,you had better tell us the specific acceptance criteria in advance.
5.Can I make changes to my product design at any time?
Our clients reserve the rights to make any changes regarding specifications, drawings, packaging, quantitative, specifications, methods of shipment or even the delivery schedule as to the goods ordered. The price difference or time difference in performance resulting from the changes will be equitably adjusted as well as confirmed in an agreement. However, we cannot make any changes in descriptions, specifications, drawings or even materials without the consent of our esteemed clients.
6.What should I be aware of before requesting a quote?
You need to list basic information such as product size, quantity, printing requirements, packaging purpose, etc.If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, we will guide you through the entire process.

1. What are the material specifications I can get from you？
LLPDE, PE, PA, PP, Washable kraft paper, Honeycomb Kraft paper and other special Environmentally friendly material.
2.Is your plastic packaging biodegradable?
Our vacuum sealer bag is made of multi-layer co-extrusion material.it does not contain glue that made of food-grade PA and PE, can be recycled and reused, which is in line with the concept of environmental protection. We also have fully degradable products made of cornstarch and PE, which are used in supermarket daily necessities packaging and clothing packaging.
