   4. Home Compostable Low-Temperature Heat-Sealable PBS Film (Double-Stretched PLA + Thin Aluminum Layer)

      • Thickness: 15μm

      • Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR): 10–20 g/m²·24h

      • Heat Sealing Strength: 5–10 N

      • Suitable for home compostable applications with light barrier needs.

   5. PLA-Based High Barrier Compostable Film with Thick Aluminum Layer

      • Thickness: 20–80μm

      • WVTR: 2–4 g/m²·24h

      • Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR): 1.5–2 cc/m²·24h

      • Heat Sealing Strength: ≥30 N

      • Feel: Soft touch

      • this material is ideal for high barrier packaging applications, including coffee bags, pet food bags, and other moisture- and oxygen-sensitive products.

      • Semi-transparent, easy-tear design

Regarding Aluminum (AL) and Degradability:

Aluminum is an inorganic material and therefore not considered compostable. In our packaging, AL content is limited to only 0.1%, which is well below the 1% threshold typically allowed for non-Bio components. Our industrial composting approval does not include AL. However, our home composting certification—currently in progress—does cover the presence of AL.
