Types of our compostable food pouch raw materials:
- High clear 3-layer co-extruded PLA film, thickness: 20-100u, we can use it for window opening and single-layer bag making. The transparency and feel are similar to BOPP, and the flatness is very good.
- The semi-transparent film is a transparent film made from a unique blend of cornstarch and PBAT, a bio-based polymer. Thickness: 20-100u, can be used for window opening and single-layer bag making.
- Kraft paper
- Home composting low-temperature heat sealing PBS film
- Double-stretched PLA compost thin aluminum film: thickness is 15u, water permeability is 10-20, heat sealing strength is 5-10N
- PLA bio high barrier thick aluminum film: thickness is 20-80u, water permeability is 2-4, oxygen permeability: is 1.5-2, heat sealing strength is greater than or equal to 30N, and the feel is softer. Great for coffee bags and pet food bags.
